If Meringo Minutes isn’t right for you, ask within 30 days of buying and you’ll get your money back. No questions.

Meringo Minutes isn’t for sale yet. This is the refund policy it will be sold with.

How to ask

• Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to support@meringo.app with the address you bought with.
• Paddle sells Meringo Minutes for Meringo Labs, so the refund comes from Paddle, to the card or account you paid with.
• It’s the full amount you paid, including any sales tax or VAT.

After a refund

• The licence ends. Remove it in Settings ▸ Licence with Remove Licence from This Mac.
• The free version keeps working. Your recordings, transcripts and library stay where they are, and so do the notes already written.

After the window

If something’s wrong after that, write to me anyway. The terms and Paddle’s buyer terms cover the rest.
